What You’ll Do:

To do this, we are looking for a Support Software Engineer. This position will challenge you to grow and learn new skills to move up to our full-stack software engineer role.  

We are looking for a Support Software Engineer to provide an engineering backbone to our Support team in the form of problem-solving, data analysis, custom-built integrations, and bug fixes.

You are a self-motivated professional who loves solving real world problems and exploring new concepts. You own the role of helping our front-line support agents using code, curiosity, and continuous improvement of our product to maintain a delightful experience for our customers.

Here’s what you’ll be doing at SalesLoft:

  • Lead the charge on keeping our product issue-free as we scale to support 100,000 active users
  • Build custom features and integrations to help our client-facing teams serve our customers better and with more efficiency
  • Utilize your freedom and empowerment to creatively devise technical solutions to tough internal problems
  • Interface with the engineering teams to escalate bugs and collaborate on prioritization
  • Be a force multiplier for the support team as they move to deliver value to the customer
