What You’ll Do:

Although we’re proud of our history, we’re just as excited about the future! We want to create a world-class culture that attracts, develops, engages and retains the nation’s elite talent. To do this, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage complex projects and project teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will roll up his/her sleeves to do the work and be a part of a team that is executing on our Professional Services strategy. The most successful candidate will be someone who embraces the Customer Experience, is forward-thinking, progressive understands the SaaS world, and has a past track record of significant accomplishments in cross-functional projects.

The Project Manager will work with our top customers to improve strategic alignment, optimization, tracking, planning, and communication for our professional service engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the professional service's leaders to align resources to be best allocated with the company strategy and portfolio.
  • Create project structure, roadmaps for delivery, meeting rhythms, tools, facilitate clear and consistent communication across the project team, and leadership when needed.
  • Partners with services team to understand business challenges, project goals, and success metrics and prepares materials for leadership discussions and decision making
  • Assist in the prioritizing of the project portfolio
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
  • Project manage assigned, complex projects and programs with Clients
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
  • Prepare reports on project performance
  • Build effective relationships and quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders and coworkers, and provide mentoring to less tenured members of the team.
  • Continually identify, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks  

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Engagement Manager
  • Background in sales and customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or similar field
