What you'll be able to do here:

Although we’re proud of our history, we’re just as excited about the future! We want to create a world-class culture that attracts, develops, engages and retains the nation’s elite talent. To do this, we are looking for an implementation consultant to guide customers through this important phase of the customer lifecycle. In this role you are responsible for establishing the solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. You will play a critical role in the success of the Professional Services team. Providing process recommendations and Salesforce configurations, technical expertise, sales strategy, product adoption and proactive communication all with one goal in mind : ensuring the successful on boarding of our clients.

  • Prioritize customer experience above all else. (They are why we're here!)
  • Become a SalesLoft product expert in 30 days through training
  • Take ownership of new customers' onboarding experience, from kick-off calls to setup and configuration to team training calls
  • Advocate for new customers and coordinate additional SalesLoft resources to resolve technical and strategic challenges
  • Be part of a metrics and data driven team focusing on customer adoption of the platform (seats activated, usage, KPIs, etc)
  • Successfully implement 100% of assigned accounts
  • Leverage customer feedback to help Product and Dev Teams continually improve the product
  • Achieve a > 90% satisfaction rating on post-implementation surveys

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional levels of customer empathy

  • 1+ years experience managing a variety of contact channels: chat, email, and phone
  • Experience supporting Enterprise-level customers preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with SalesLoft and Salesforce preferred
