Why we do what we do:
Logikcull’s mission is to democratize discovery. And make no mistake, our mission is hard! The costs and risks associated with complex data projects like e-discovery, responding to FOIA requests, and conducting internal investigations are skyrocketing as the amount of data increases. Logikcull is transforming these processes so they can be done in minutes, not days -- by anyone, anywhere. As a result, our customers -- solo attorneys to massive law firms, Fortune 500 companies to leading non-profits -- can find and use important information quickly so they can focus on their important work, whether it’s pursuing a better democracy or saving the Earth.
Who we are:
Based in San Francisco, Logikcull is the leading provider of legal intelligence solutions. Its secure cloud-based platform is trusted by hundreds of organizations, including the US Government, Fortune 500 and Am Law 200, who use it to efficiently solve the complex data challenges associated with electronic discovery, internal investigations, subpoena response, FOIA, claims processing and more. Founded in 2004 by CEO Andy Wilson and CTO Sheng Yang, it is dedicated to building powerfully simple software that its customers can use from anywhere on any device at any time, with minimal training. Its customers include the City of New York and Salesforce.com.
What we need:
We need an outstanding, A+ Compensation Specialist who knows that employee compensation is incredibly personal, and must be correct TTP (“to the penny”) every time, rain or shine. The Compensation Specialist will be primarily responsible for analysis & administration of our Variable Incentive Compensation Plans. You’ll report to the VP of Finance, build relationships with employees around the company, and develop and maintain our variable compensation incentive system to ensure the accuracy and optimization of our variable compensation calculations and reporting. They will perform standard and ad hoc analyses to design and assess the effectiveness of the variable compensation programs, and support the preparation of monthly and quarterly executive dashboards on key performance, pay, and commission cost drivers.
