  • Host candidates during onsite interviews while consistently acting as an Algolia ambassador
  • Work with recruiters to deliver top-in-class candidate experience and maintain consistent, timely and detailed communication with candidates
  • Schedule phone interviews and on-site visits, book conference rooms, arrange video calls and travel accommodations
  • Identify potential opportunities to improve recruiting coordination and onboarding experience in collaboration with the Recruitment and People Operations team
  • Cultivate relationships across the business with our hiring managers and across multiple departments and office locations including People Operations, Security, & Facilities
  • Manage the administration of the company referral program and the interview training program
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to create recruiting reports and maintain consistency in the team’s usage of applicant tracking systems
  • Work on and initiate ad hoc recruitment and people projects


  • Ability to multitask with a strong ability to prioritize 
  • Care about people and have a sincere customer service approach to candidate experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to make and build relationships
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills


  • Prior experience with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Previous experience as a coordinator or recruiting coordinator
