Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual who is equal parts creative and digitally savvy to manage the customer projects of a hyper growth SaaS company. The Project Manager is a customer facing role delivering ongoing project management, support, and guidance post-sale. You will focus on relationship building and proactive project management activities that in turn promote overall customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new project driven revenue opportunities from existing clients while maintaining new customer projects. The ideal candidate has a history of success interacting with customers while managing custom projects to suit individual business needs.
