Enablement Manager at Sendoso

Overview:

Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual to head up our enablement team. In this role, you will provide tools, assets, resources, and training to our quickly expanding sales and success teams in order to improve efficiency and drive revenue and retention growth. You will interact heavily with the sales and success teams to identify gaps in available resources, the marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned with the company vision, and the operations team to provide the necessary tools and services for our prospect and customer facing teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales and success leadership and executive management to define support initiatives

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, success, and product teams

  • Create written content to educate sales and success teams and advance revenue and retention - e.g. competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work

  • Train sales and success teams on best use of marketing and enablement materials

  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales and success teams

  • Assist on sales and success calls and demos as needed

  • Manage the sales and success enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need

  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales and success enablement best practices

  • Conduct and report on market research

  • Gather feedback from sales and success teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

  • Decrease new hire onboarding ramp times

  • Create and deliver sales kickoff meetings

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree: English, business, and marketing majors preferred

  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Customer oriented with a focus on quality and detail

  • Comfortable with presenting both in-person and virtually

  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks

 

Work Experience:

  • Experience in an enablement/training role at a software company

  • Proven track record of working with sales and success teams

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and project deadlines

  • Experience with Salesforce and enablement tools
