The successful candidate will form part of the global IT team, they will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line support to users based both in our UK office and remotely. You will work closely with other members of IT team and respond to issues in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service. As the company grows there is scope for this person to grow along with it enhancing their career.


Main Duties

  • 1st/2nd line support
  • Windows and Mac platform support both local and remote
  • Microsoft Office support
  • Mobile device support
  • User Account creation and Management
  • Permission management
  • Prioritisation of reported issues via a service desk and escalating appropriately
  • Maintaining hardware and software asset management inventories
  • Documentation of solutions for both users and other administrators to use
  • Other common tasks will include OS deployment, imaging computers, configuring desktops, installing printers, installing common software


Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years’ Service Desk experience supporting Windows and Mac
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information security and standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of Networking
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team



  • IT Qualifications (MCP, ITIL)
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Knowledge of JamF Pro
