Cobalt builds autonomous security robots that keep buildings safe by combining the reliability of machines and the friendly face of human-in-the-loop “Robot Specialists”. Security costs US companies over $200B / year, and is a very difficult task for humans to perform because of long monotonous hours.
 
We have robots deployed to customers nationally and are an incredibly fast moving team - we went from nothing to shipping our first robots in 12 months! We are 35+ people now and we're looking for folks who are scrappy, collaborative, excited, and eager to share their knowledge and expertise with the rest of our team.
 
Cobalt is looking for a Full life cycle recruiter to help us quickly grow our team! In this role, you will focus on recruiting top talent for all departments - Engineering, Operations, Sales, Business Operations, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

    • Create and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure a high-quality pipeline of candidates
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, interview process, and hiring criteria
    • Review and manage the entire hiring process (sourcing to offer) through our ATS
    • Perform initial screenings and debriefing sessions with candidates to ensure a mutual fit
    • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable on-site interview experience for candidates and interviewers
    • Schedule screening and on-site interviews
    • Assist with driving initiatives and developing processes -- referral program, interviewer training, tracking metrics, etc.

Requirements

    • At least 2 years of recruiting experience Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles
    • A track record of personal accountability, work ethic, integrity and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
    • Prior experience with ATS
    • Strong prioritization and expectation management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and succeed in a highly ambiguous environment with competing demands
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

    • Experience closing candidates and managing compensation packages that include equity components
