Cobalt builds autonomous security robots that keep buildings safe by combining the reliability of machines and the friendly face of human-in-the-loop “Robot Specialists”. Security costs US companies over $200B / year, and is a very difficult task for humans to perform because of long monotonous hours.
 
We have robots deployed to customers nationally and are an incredibly fast moving team - we went from nothing to shipping our first robots in 12 months! We are 35+ people now and we're looking for folks who are scrappy, collaborative, excited, and eager to share their knowledge and expertise with the rest of our team.
 
We are currently seeking an Office Manager to support our team and help execute administrative, HR, and other departmental tasks!

Responsibilities

    • Manage the kitchen, conference rooms, and areas to make sure they are stocked and functional
    • Maintain inventory levels for general office supplies and kitchen
    • Manage inbound and outbound shipments
    • Work closely with Chief of Staff for organizational planning, team events, interviews, and various projects
    • Work with vendors and property manager to ensure all facility problems and issues are resolved
    • Coordinate office day-to-day logistics
    • Handle HR and recruiting-related tasks such as reviewing resumes or coordinating new hire on-boarding
    • Assist with special projects in various functional areas such as helping the Operations team with procurement and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • At least one year of experience in executive support/administrative/executive assistant
    • An eager self-starter with an energetic, positive attitude
    • Professional and friendly problem-solver
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (in English)
    • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
    • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
    • Previous start-up experience is helpful, but not required
