The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a crucial role that starts the sales funnel at Avanoo. SDRs are responsible for initiating contact with leads and generating meetings booked on the calendar for senior sales leaders. As a client’s first point of contact within Avanoo you will be an ambassador for the impact positive culture change makes within enterprise organizations.

The SDR position is a great entry point to a sales career, as the role provides training on the fundamentals of SaaS Sales. We are looking for competitive, energetic, and motivated people who want to start their sales career by building the foundation of what it takes to be a top sales contributor. You will learn from the best by working alongside the top performers on the sales team along with sales leadership. Self-motivated individuals looking to build a solid foundation in software sales are an ideal fit for this position.



  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via phone and email outreach
  • Book 5-10 meetings per week
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders to generate interest and create rapport
  • Clearly articulate Avanoo’s strategic value
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings



  • Entry level to 1 year or more of sales and/or professional experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High-energy phone personality
  • Passion for supporting people in growing and living better lives
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of personal integrity and accountability

  • Ability to work from home
  • BA/BS degree, Associate Degree, or Degree-in-progress
