Sales Enablement Manager - EMEA at Algolia

Reports to our Global Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager EMEA at Algolia will be responsible for helping to manage and drive the logistics and operational needs of all Enablement activity across all sales channels, ensuring that we are supporting the critical needs of scaling the business units in this time of growth. This position will be a key contributor within the Algolia Sales Enablement organization.
This role is critical in ensuring a successful transition for all new and existing hires at Algolia and will play an important part in helping optimize the structure of the onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement processes needed to achieve and maintain effectiveness.


    • Execute the strategy developed by the Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams for all Algolia employees in the field and onboarding activities
    • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align sales training and related content
    • Help build out learning paths for all new sales hire roles
    • Develop and run salesperson onboarding to reduce ramp times
    • Deliver ongoing sales trainings for new features, product launches and best practices that increases the sales team’s effectiveness
    • Ensure delivery and adoption of the company’s sales framework (MEDDPICC) and other best practices for Account Executives and Business Development Reps
    • Help to implement and administer certifications through onboarding program to ensure knowledge retention and adherence to the process
    • Communicate regular progress/status to key stakeholders in Sales Enablement, Ops, and Sales
    • Observe and evaluate individual salesperson skills and uncover opportunities for growth, provide feedback to sales leaders and Product Marketing
    • Train sales team on best use of tools, marketing, and sales enablement materials
    • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
    • Assist on sales calls and demos as needed


    • Strong coordination and operational expertise
    • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and group settings
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Enterprise SaaS experience highly preferred
    • user, familiarity with email and prospecting automation platforms
