We’re looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who’s enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of People Operations. Our US team is growing rapidly in San Francisco, New York and Atlanta and we’ll need our People Ops Coordinator to hit the ground running; owning employee data, great on- and offboarding experiences, and generally being the point-person for everything benefits across our US offices.

Your role will consist of:

    • Owning and delivering our five-star onboarding experience:
    • Help guide our candidates to new hires. This includes entering them into all HR systems; distributing appropriate material prior to their first day, and meeting them for a personalized onboarding experience. You will also maintain complete employee records, coordinate benefit programs, and distribute/collect new hire documentation.
    • Coordinating all aspects of US People Operations and ensuring we remain compliant with all regulatory rules and reporting requirements from a People Ops perspective (city, state and federal)
    • Processing employee changes, terminations, and related processes across all People Ops systems
    • Participating in various People Ops initiatives, as needed

You might be a fit if you have:

    • At least 6 months of experience in People Operations
    • Strong communication skills, unquestionable integrity, and ability to handle sensitive People Ops matters
    • An ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time and desire to get things done
    • Care about people and their professional happiness: a sincere customer service approach is key
