Overview:

Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual who is equal parts creative and digitally savvy to manage the customer projects of a hyper growth SaaS company. The Project Manager is a customer facing role delivering ongoing project management, support, and guidance post-sale. You will focus on relationship building and proactive project management activities that in turn promote overall customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying new project driven revenue opportunities from existing clients while maintaining new customer projects. The ideal candidate has a history of success interacting with customers while managing custom projects to suit individual business needs. 

Responsibilities:

Creating and managing engagement ideas for customers (pre- and post-sale)

Partnering with Customer Success for new customer onboarding 

Define customer-facing strategy and messaging 

Inventory management: low inventory monitoring and reordering, issue tracking and resolution

Warehouse coordination:  delivery management, item bundling, quality assurance, back office management

Vendor management: sourcing, quoting, and ordering customer items; partnership expansion, vendor analysis, creating and implementing vendor efficiencies 

Best practices creation and management: customer communications and nurturing, warehouse management, vendor management, partnership expansion, sourcing, vendor and warehouse analysis and efficiencies 

Program management: Sendoso Fresh, Sendoso Ideas, customer outreach cadences, vertical and use case offerings, project expansion

Skills and Competencies:

Project management

Customer oriented with a focus on quality and detail

Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within client organizations 

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority levels 

Comfortable with presenting to clients, big and small, both in-person and virtually 

Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks 

Marketing and vendor management experience is a plus

Work Experience:

Experience in a client-facing role at a software company 

Proven track record of working with customers on projects 

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and project deadlines

Experience with ordering large volumes of merchandise and swag items

Experience with Salesforce and project management tools
