Customer Support Specialist at Sendoso

Overview:

Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual who is passionate about interacting with and helping customers. The Customer Support Specialist is a customer facing role delivering ongoing support and guidance to our account base post-sale. You will focus on ensuring customer questions are answered in a quick and efficient manner and proactively surface the most common issues so that we can create support articles and material to help our customers avoid the same questions in the future. The ideal candidate has a history of success interacting with customers and answering support tickets.

 

Responsibilities:

Addressing and solving customer issues through email & phone contact, and possible chat

 

Identify & document bugs and features

 

Alert supervisors when there is an absence of information in the knowledge base

 

Suggest new content for the knowledge base to increase customer self-service

 

Analyze customer problems and research/provide solutions

 

Provide easily understand answers adapted to the customer situation
 

 

Skills and Competencies:

Customer oriented with a focus on quality and detail

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all seniority levels

Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks

Logistics and Technology experience a plus

 

Work Experience:

Experience in a client-facing role at a software company

Proven track record of working with customers through support channels

Experience with Zendesk a plus
