Sendoso is seeking a talented and passionate Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data, managing forward and reverse logistics, and reporting and communicating key information to internal partners to help drive the business. This individual will also provide analytical support in the management of our domestic and international partners. This position is based in our Scottsdale office.

You will:

Support daily logistics operations

Develop standard process procedures and best practices, help identify process improvement and cost savings opportunities

Maintain relationship(s) with 4PL/3PL and last-mile delivery partners

Help manage carriers’ operating performance and provide feedback to transportation leaders as appropriate

Work with global and regional partners and cross-functional teams to build supply chain data dictionary and manage successful flow of data through planning systems based on transacting and reporting requirements

Prepare and perform quality review of shipping documentation

Monitor shipment execution performance

Manage relationship development and performance oversight of suppliers and carriers

Issue resolution on shipping and/or billing discrepancies

Track and trace shipments and delivery-issue resolution

Manage supply chain activities ensuring that all regulations are adhered to and that our customers receive timely and efficient service

Accommodate ad-hoc shipping and inventory management task as needed

Anticipate problems, identify root causes, and be proactive about preventing issues from occurring

You are:

Detail and process oriented. Must be proactive and very organized

Proficient in MS Excel

Proactive, results oriented and able to learn quickly

Analytical and can analyze cost metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

You have:

Previous transportation/logistics experience with a freight forwarder, carrier or shipper

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field

Supply chain experience is a plus

Experience working with large sets of data and information and the ability to understand and manipulate them

Excellent communication skills
