Sendoso is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco.
About you: You are an expert in understanding audiences and have a passion for crafting and executing successful multi-channel demand generation programs that create awareness, drive pipeline, and convert audiences to happy and engaged customers. You are an expert in paid and organic digital acquisition channels and feel equally comfortable running webinars, paid search, display, social, email programs, content syndication, etc. You are an integral part of the marketing team you work with, but you know that the demand you create is only as good as the pipeline and sales you generate for the SDR and Sales teams you do it for.

Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, and OF COURSE, Sendoso
Collaborate with Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Programs on inbound-marketing tactics such as Content, SEO, website CTAs, landing pages, online advertising. Be the driving force of using each program to maximize demand success
Own the optimization and management of paid search programs including structuring & targeting improvements, search query mining, keyword expansion, landing page testing, and improvement of bid management processes
Manage day-to-day digital agency relationship to continue to drive improved performance
Pull and analyze reports to identify insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance. Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
Forecast, analyze, and develop action plans to improve the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
Manage demand generation project timelines and ensure timelines are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production, and distribution
Partner with SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of digital marketing or demand generation at a high growth SaaS company
Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, CRM and ABM (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
Tactical, hands-on experience with demand forecasting, reporting, and analysis with the ability to make informed and data-driven decisions
Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors
Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets into concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership with the goal to optimize revenue-generating investments
Strong communication and collaboration skills with team members across the organization
Experience running multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of self discipline with the ability to aggressively prioritize
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, while laughing and having a great time doing it
Has sensitivity for messaging / branding, and how each interaction impacts the buyer’s journey.
