Logistics Support Specialist

 

Overview:

 

Sendoso is seeking a highly ambitious individual who is passionate about interacting with and helping customers. The Logistics Support Specialist is a role that will specialize in providing support to our warehouse, shipping carriers, and internal team to ensure the day to day logistics run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a history of success in logistics, interacting with customers, and answering support tickets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Serving as primary contact between Sendoso team and warehouse team

  • Auditing orders for quality assurance and communicating issues with customers and customer success managers.

  • Addressing and solving customer issues through email, phone contact, and chat

  • Regularly communicating with shipping carriers like Fedex to resolve issues with orders

  • Analyze possible logistic process problems and research/provide solutions

 

Skills and Competencies:

 

  • Customer oriented with a focus on quality and detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all seniority levels

  • Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks

  • Logistics and Technology experience a plus

 

Work Experience:

 

  • Experience In a Client-facing Role At a Software Company

  • Proven track record of working with customers through support channels

  • Experience with Zendesk a plus
