With Algolia, consumers are able to easily find and discover what they want across web, mobile, and voice. Algolia is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the voice of Algolia’s customers within the company and externally in the market. You will do this through our Customer Advisory Board, customer surveys and 1:1 interviews with Algolia’s customer community, as well as by working closely with our sales, marketing and customer success teams. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and sharing compelling customers stories across multiple formats and channels. You will also play an important role in providing social proof and showcasing customers who are transforming the way they deliver a modern search and discovery experience to their users to drive meaningful revenue growth.


        Identifying key customers for public case studies, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership articles
        Establishing relationships with customers and developing compelling stories with them
        Building and managing a portfolio of reference-able customers for field events, workshops, webinars, conferences, and reference calls
        Driving our Customer Advisory Board, customer survey and NPS programs
        Showcasing customers to build greater advocacy and highlight their success via customer awards and public recognition programs
        Conducting interviews and hosting customer panel discussions with Algolia executives
        Managing a library of up-to-date customer success stories and videos
        Developing and implementing a customer lifecycle program and communications plan


        Strong passion for being customer-centric and enjoy speaking with, serving and understanding customers perspectives
        Incredibly creative marketing, storytelling and communication skills
        Thrive in fast-moving, growth environments
        Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, Sales or Account Management experience
        Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement
        Ability to write effective, engaging copy; design capabilities are a plus
        Familiarity with B2B technology marketing and sales processes
