About the role:
We’re at the forefront of deploying robots to complex, unstructured environments! As a Software Engineer, you’ll focus on solving exciting new problems and creating new behaviors as we get robots out of the lab and into the real world. Our robots are equipped with LiDAR, depth cameras, and high powered processors and GPUs.
What you’ll do:
Develop safe and robust behaviors so the robot can handle real-world problems and people around it
Work on Navigation, Localization, and Path Planning algorithms so the robot can traverse across multiple floors and use elevators
Productize and deploy these algorithms onto our robots and cloud infrastructure
What you need:
BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
1+ years of industry experience with Python
Experience with ROS
Experience with Linux
Experience working with mobile robots or self-driving cars
Previous experience in a startup environment
Experience with C++
Previously shipped a hardware product
