We are looking for an exceptional <strong>Instructional Designer / Content Developer - Training</strong> to join our growing team. We need someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about <strong>developing Online Self-Service Training and Certification Solutions</strong> for the Workato’s Integration and Automation Platform as well as delivering on-site training to customers and partners.

Work with the team to develop the overall training curriculum and content for Workato platform
Engage with cross-functional teams who have varying levels of involvement with the training program, and maintain relationships to build reliable internal SME support for the program.
Follow the guidelines of ADDIE to create training content, tests, and certifications
Define, evaluate and implement solution components for self-service training solution (LMS) and future ILT
Embrace different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, videos, tutorials best practices and How to’s
Drive best practices from an overall customer adoption and engagement
Deliver remote and in-person training
Use graphic design methods and tools to create relevant diagrams and graphics in accordance with a corporate style to support online learning content
Computer science or equivalent degree with at least 3+ years of working experience in the area of developing and delivery of online content and courseware for a technical product
Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, Relational Databases, and Basic Programming
Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems
Knowledge and familiarity of online training curriculum and solutions
Extensive experience in developing creative and engaging training/content and certifications for both technical and non-technical users
A confident and engaging facilitator and communicator, being totally comfortable in front of both small and large audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done
A natural people person who can build trust and rapport with ease
Detail-oriented, team player, outgoing personality, good communication, presentation, influencing and collaboration skills
Knowledge of automation and integration space preferred
