As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you have strong knowledge of the benefits, limitations and configuration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot and are responsible for supporting standard and custom cloud-based applications. You have worked in multiple Salesforce Orgs and are eager to expand this experience. You have worked with stakeholders across one or more organizations to identify problems and have designed and implemented solutions to better the company and the system. You are a solution-driven rockstar always focused on delivering consistent value to your users. While you have a pragmatic approach toward building software, you are eager to learn new ways of doing things, new technologies and new approaches.
Role and Responsibilities
Play a key role implementing our Salesforce architecture including, but not limited to, Pardot, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in partnership with consultants and leaders;
Perform day-to-day administration, configuration and troubleshooting of our Salesforce and Pardot environments.
Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications.
Create and manage users; Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
Create and modify objects, fields, reports, dashboards, etc. as directed.
Log and track identified system problems through resolution.
Build and manage system automations using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
Manage testing process for Salesforce solutions which includes developing test plans, creating test cases, and establishing testing protocols along with appropriate testing environments.
Develop specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.
Ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Pardot and update marketing campaign workflows as changes to business requirements dictate.
Performs, upgrades and completes system maintenance.
5+ years of Salesforce.com administrator
Pardot experience a must
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools preferred
Salesforce Admin Certification or Salesforce Application Builder Certification required, multiple certifications a plus (Advanced Admin and/or Dev 1)
Apex & Visualforce coding experience
Strong ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-orientated environment that demands excellence.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
