Gather is a sales & marketing platform used by top venues across the US to manage and grow their private events business. We're a funded startup, and we're growing -- fast!

Bottom line: We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to design, implement and improve our sales processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate reporting and clean process maps in Salesforce, and will interpret data and understand trends that can help drive and improve the sales process & KPIs.

This role will report directly to our SVP of Sales.

What you'll do:
Design new and improve existing sales processes and best practices; manage the implementation and monitor the performance of processes
Interpret and understand data and trends in order to make recommendations for improvements to sales process & KPIs
Build and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards that reflect sales goals & KPIs; visualize data for leadership
Translate processes into easy to understand documentation and communicate to sales and other internal teams
Work with other operators across the business to maintain and improve data integrity. You will lead the charge to ensure that our lead, contact and account data in Salesforce is clean and usable by our sales team
Manage our sales tools and technologies; suggest new tools and find ways to improve our existing tools
Anticipate roadblocks in advance and take proactive steps to avoid them
Work closely with sales leadership on strategy and direction of the team
What you should bring:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a sales operations or analytics role, preferably within a SaaS company
Empathy, resourcefulness, and drive
BS/BA degree
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to drive change across a sales team
Expected to be able to independently analyze sales data, identify trends, communicate findings to leadership and recommend solutions
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
Experience with a sales engagement platform, such as Outreach or SalesLoft
Understanding of sales processes
Strong worth ethic with the ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks simultaneously
