Bottom line: We are looking for passionate & hungry students to be a part of our Customer Experience (CX) Internship Program for the fall semester. Our CX Interns help us support our growing group of amazing clients!
As a Customer Experience Intern at Gather, you’ll learn all aspects of our Customer On-boarding & Support process at Gather. Our intern team helps us maintain a high level of service, allowing us to delight our customers! You’ll also gain exposure to other parts of the business & experience in a high-growth company!
Responsibilities for this role include:
Building new client accounts, importing data, menus, and more.
Maintaining updates to data for our existing clients.
Showing clients extra love by sending care packages.
Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
Be attending college in Atlanta, GA.
Be able to work 20+ hours a week in office; minimum 4 hour shifts at a time.
Be empathetic, resourceful, and driven.
Have a knack for learning new technologies quickly.
Have an ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Be able to roll with the punches - this is a startup after all!
Like to have fun, and preferably have a passion for food, drink, and general merriment.
Not be a Duke basketball fan (we’re serious about this one).
