Modo Labs is looking for you: an organized, smart, and creative person with great communication skills to join our Client Services team as a Service Delivery Manager. This is a highly visible full-tim front-line role where you can interact daily with our great customers and all of the awesome teams at Modo.
An interest in mobile technology is a bonus, as is previous experience working with technical leaders – along with a willingness to learn, to work hard, and to be flexible.
Educate customers on new product features and upgrade opportunities
Gather feedback from customers to ensure continuous improvement of our products
Answers questions related to our solutions
Keep projects organized and on-track
Help us document new processes as we grow
Train customers on products and features
Advocate for a great experience for our users
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications and Experience:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to understand mobile product solutions
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to work collaboratively with our team members
Several years experience with web-based or mobile application technology
Previous experience in consulting, account management, project management, or other customer-facing role
Experience within a start-up company
BS or MS in Business, Management, or related field
